Management Team

A Specialized IT Staffing champion with almost 2 decades of experience, Jatin brings diversified knowledge in various domains and regions unlocking value for both clients & candidates.

Jatin was associated with Collabera, L&T Infotech & Ma Foi (now Randstad). He successfully managed Delivery & Operations for large clients in US & India and played a key role in setting up & developing operations in Singapore & Malaysia while at Collabera.

After his 2 decades of journey, Jatin ventured in to his own startup and started Srympex Consulting Services, an emerging Staff Augmentation, Executive Search & Recruitment Solutions Company, which addresses the challenges of meeting business objectives for our clients and resources.
